The founder has been teaching Hot Yoga since 2008. After begining her Yoga practice in 2005, was accepted into a rigorous Teacher training and was certified in Hatha Yoga in November of 2008. Hot yoga (Bikram Yoga) is a form of Hatha Yoga. It is composed of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This form of yoga relaxes the tendons, muscles, and ligaments and allows the body to defy genetics and reach its maximum potential both physically and mentally. This practitioner utilizes the Yoga’s techniques in a Psychotherapy practice and trains each participant to breathe and alleviate their stressors in a healthy and proactive way.
